Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7u7u platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and financial transactions conducted through the website at 7u7u.bio. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7u7u ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, access the platform, or use any of its services. 7u7u reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 7u7u, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 7u7u reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7u7u is strictly an adult-only platform. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or playing.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 7u7u or have a self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect on your account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and used solely by the named account holder.
• You may hold only one active account on 7u7u. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

When registering an account on 7u7u, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

• You must register using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to which you have sole access. This number will serve as your primary account identifier and will be used for deposit and withdrawal verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity that occurs on your account is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7u7u immediately via the support contact provided on the platform.
• 7u7u may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

7u7u takes the security of player accounts seriously and uses SSL encryption on all platform connections. However, the platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 7u7u are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the mobile financial services listed below. 7u7u does not accept cash, physical cheques, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments of any kind.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 7u7u account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7u7u is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Funds deposited on 7u7u may only be used for wagering on the platform. Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.
• 7u7u reserves the right to apply anti-money-laundering checks to any transaction. Unusual transaction patterns may result in temporary account freezes pending investigation.

7u7u processes withdrawal requests within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. 7u7u does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals; any fees charged by the payment service provider are the player's responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7u7u may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any inconsistency between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• 7u7u reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements specified in that promotion. Free spin winnings that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently in violation of this rule constitutes bonus abuse.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7u7u and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 7u7u reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents platform security.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or conduct match-fixing on sports betting markets.
• Registering more than one account on 7u7u, or registering an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or any other unlawful source. Any such deposits will be reversed and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed from the player's account.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming Obligations

7u7u is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using the platform. 7u7u strongly encourages all players to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances before commencing play.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. If at any time a player feels that gambling is negatively affecting their personal, financial, or social wellbeing, 7u7u urges them to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek professional support. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7u, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. 7u7u does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical interruptions may occur.

• 7u7u is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules, odds, or wagering requirements attached to any bonus.
• 7u7u is not liable for financial losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays beyond its reasonable control.
• In no event shall 7u7u's aggregate liability to a player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 9

Amendments to These Terms

7u7u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 7u7u will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or by notification to the registered mobile number. The determination of what constitutes a material change rests solely with 7u7u.

Your continued use of 7u7u following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance subject to verification requirements.

Section 10

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 7u7u, players are encouraged to first contact the 7u7u support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 7u7u will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law grants such rights.
